Sooner or later the time comes when guys and gals from the bowfishing world begin to wonder what it might be like to shoot a shark with their bow. Most will never drift beyond their daydreams, however others will act on it and see thisย adventure become reality. Suchย was the case for Jeff Thomason, host of Predator Pursuit, when he finally scored on a 809-pound world record shark with a bow. We’ve shared his story before, but here’s a look at the video that puts you in the middle of the action.
In his fifth year of trying, Thomason finally got the opportunity to drop the string on a shark most only dream about. Little did Jeff know, the Mako shark at the end of his line would soon go on to shatter the previous world record by hundreds of pounds.
